We ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place as a basis for engaging vendors. With a clear Scope of Work (SOW), we ensure that contracts terms are implemented to the letter. Regular meetings with vendors to address emerging issues, teething problems and performance levels – are held at respective properties that we manage. Our performance evaluation is objective and we offer appropriate guidance as required.
