Our move-in and move-out checklists are detailed enough to accurately capture the condition of a property at the entry and exit stages. We accompany the filled checklists with clear before and after photos for reference purposes. The checklists are filled in the presence of moving tenant for concurrence. This prevents disputes when it comes to computation for deposit refund.
