Eni Kenya BV
Eni Kenya BV occupies 5 th floor at Eaton Place. The commercial building is located along Market Road, Off United Nations Crescent Road in Gigiri. We offer integrated facilities management services to the client and to residences of their Executive Management. The facilities have a standby generator, solar water heating, borehole, electric fence, CCTV cameras, intercom, ACs and fire extinguishers. We also offer similar services to the Eni Kenya Agrihub Facility in Makueni County. The facilities are managed by Depriss Group Limited since July 2021.
Convent Villas
Convent Villas is a residential property comprising of 6 townhouses. It is located along Convent Road in Lavington. The property is currently 100% occupied. It covers approximately one and half acres. It has a standby generator, solar water heating, a borehole, electric fence, CCTV cameras, intercom and fire extinguishers. The property is managed by Depriss Group Limited since November 2018.
Jubilee Insurance
Jubilee Insurance has two commercial buildings in Nairobi CBD and one commercial building in Mombasa CBD. We recently offered property consultancy services that entailed formulation of property management policy and processes, restructuring Property Department and collection of rent. The contract was awarded to Depriss Group Limited in July 2020 and the assignment ended in December 2020.
Sayani Investments
The three commercial buildings are located in the Nairobi CBD and Upper Hill respectively. Sayani Investments Limited mandated Depriss to manage the three properties w.e.f. 1 st January 2023. The scope of the work entails rent collection, maintenance planning and coordination, staff supervision and training, building inspections, tenant and vendor management, and reporting. Each of the properties has a standby generator, solar panels, lift, electric fence, CCTV cameras, intercom, ACs and fire extinguishers.
